G’day! This site belongs to CC, the artist behind Oomanagarcha, an Australian sole trader drawing furry and character art. This page explains, in plain English, what personal info the site collects, what happens to it and how you can get it changed or deleted. Short version: I only collect what I need to draw your commission, and I never sell it.

What I collect

When you send a commission request through the form on this site, I receive:

That’s it. I don’t ask for your address, date of birth or payment details on this site.

Where it goes

Your request is stored in this website’s WordPress database (on its web host) and emailed to me through SMTP2GO, an email delivery service. Those services handle the data only to store it and deliver it to me.

Why I use it

I use your info to reply to you, chat about your idea, quote and arrange your commission, and send you the finished art. I won’t add you to a mailing list or use it for anything else without asking first.

I never sell your data

Your personal info is never sold, rented or traded. I only share it with the services listed on this page, and only as far as they need it to do their job, or if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep commission requests until they’re no longer needed for your commission (including any follow-up questions or touch-ups afterwards), then delete them. If I can’t take your request, I delete it once I’ve replied.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set a few essential cookies that the site needs to work properly. The site also runs behind Cloudflare, which may set security cookies to protect the site from spam and attacks.

Payments

Commission payments are handled by PayPal. Your card or bank details go straight to PayPal and never reach this site or me. PayPal’s own privacy policy covers how it handles your payment info.

Other sites

This site links to my Gumroad shop (digital bases), my Ko-fi (merch), my Trello commission queue, Linktree and my social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, so please check theirs when you visit them.

Your info, your call

You can ask to see the personal info I hold about you, ask me to fix it, or ask me to delete it at any time. Just email [email protected] and I’ll sort it out as soon as I can. If you’re not happy with how I’ve handled your info, let me know and I’ll do my best to make it right.

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
